Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Other Autism Care Clinicians Needed
Texas ABA Centers is now accepting client applications for autism care services for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families throughout the Austin, Dallas, and Houston areas, effective immediately.
The organization provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism through a play-based approach rooted in positive reinforcement. Texas ABA Centers is designed to disrupt the autism care industry by demolishing wait times traditionally experienced by those in search of an autism diagnosis or therapy. Families have been known to be waitlisted from several months to a couple of years to receive these services for their child.
In its first phase of launch, Texas ABA Centers will offer autism screening, testing, and diagnosis services and, once a diagnosis is received, tailored ABA therapy plans implemented by board-certified behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians within in-home, in-school, or in-community settings. In the coming months, the organization will unveil its brick-and-mortar behavioral care centers, which are strategically designed to actualize immersive and engaging sessions.
“As a parent with a child on the spectrum myself, I know that compassionate, comprehensive, and quick autism care is missing in this country,” said Christopher Barnett, CEO of ABA Centers. “Autism is reported to be the fastest growing disability in Texas and our services will offer hope to families during a vulnerable time, providing them with the answers that they’re looking for – quickly.”
Texas ABA Centers is currently seeking board-certified behavior analysts, registered behavior technicians, and other autism care clinicians, as well as administrative staff, in the Austin, Dallas, and Houston areas to join its team. Depending on the position, the organization offers such benefits as continuous, on-demand clinical support and growth opportunities through its internal education program: the ABA Academy of Excellence; small caseloads with top clinicians supervising all clinical staff; a proprietary data collection system developed for BCBAs by BCBAs; tuition reimbursement; a robust 401(k) matching program; and industry-leading benefits, including a 100% company-paid medical plan option.
